This event is being held on Wednesday 15th July via Zoom at 6.30pm and the ticket price is £10 per person.
Lysta will start with a 10-15 minute talk on her own experience with the menopause and run through the various symptoms that you can expect during this transition and then will discuss the importance and types of exercise to do during the menopause.
Nick will discuss HRT and its benefits, the research and safety behind taking it and complementary therapies giving accurate advice and breaking the Menopause taboo. There will then be a chance to ask Nick some questions.
