Edition 5: March 2018
Welcome to Hormone Health’s fifth newsletter
Where has this year gone? It seems like March has come out of nowhere.
The beginning of a new year is a time we all try to get our health in order. As a result of this, our Well Woman Screening packages have created a lot of interest. These have been designed to enable you to keep track of your personal health. They include a variety of hormone tests, bone scans and ultrasound scans. Most importantly, they also include a consultation with one of our specialists to discuss the results and how you may manage your health in the future. (If you would like more information about these packages, please call us on 0207 034 1303 or email us at enquiries@hormonehealth.co.uk)
This last month has seen the continued coverage by the press of women’s health issues. Early diagnosis of endometriosis early has received much attention.
- The Times: Raising awareness
- Women’s Health Magazine: Diagnosing endometriosis
Some other highlights:
- The Daily Mail Online: Vaginal dryness – a common problem
- The Metro: De-stigmatising the menopause
- The Telegraph: Potential consequences of an early menopause
If you have missed any of our previous newsletters, we have now created an archive in the News section of our website.
Finally, we always appreciate feedback on the services we offer at Hormone Health. If you have had a consultation in the last 12 months, we would appreciate your feedback. As a sign of our gratitude, for every questionnaire returned in the next 2 weeks, we will donate £1 to the charity Women’s Health Concern. The WHC provide an excellent independent service to advise, reassure and educate women of all ages about their health, wellbeing and lifestyle concerns.
Our best wishes
