2. Booking Appointments

3. Fees and Payments

  • All consultation fees are payable at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee which is the full fee of the appointment

Cancellation by Us:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

5. Virtual Consultations

  • For virtual appointments, ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device compatible with our video conferencing platform.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a private and quiet environment during the consultation.
  • If technical issues prevent the consultation from proceeding, we will attempt to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Medical Information and Consent

  • Prior to your appointment, you may be required to complete a medical history questionnaire.
  • It is essential that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
  • By booking an appointment, you consent to our clinicians accessing and using your medical information to provide appropriate care.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
