2. Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our administrative team.
- Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the appointment date, time, and type (in-person or virtual).
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
3. Fees and Payments
- All consultation fees are payable at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by You:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee which is the full fee of the appointment
Cancellation by Us:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
5. Virtual Consultations
- For virtual appointments, ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device compatible with our video conferencing platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring a private and quiet environment during the consultation.
- If technical issues prevent the consultation from proceeding, we will attempt to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Medical Information and Consent
- Prior to your appointment, you may be required to complete a medical history questionnaire.
- It is essential that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- By booking an appointment, you consent to our clinicians accessing and using your medical information to provide appropriate care.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
