Edition 26: March news

Each for Equal

8th March is International Woman’s Day … what does this mean to you? The theme for 2020 is #EachforEqual.

Quoting from the IWD website.

An equal world is an enabled world.

Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day.

We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements.

Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.

Let’s all be #EachforEqual.

As women, we will always strive to have gender equality but sometimes those pesky hormones get in the way of things and can put us at a disadvantage!

Here at Hormone Health, our goal is to provide women with all the help they need to be able to live a normal life without hormone imbalances . We want you all to be able to function optimally and be equal to your male counterparts without unbalanced hormones turning your lives upside down.

We are on a mission to improve the lives of as many women as we can. All our investigations and treatments are supported by extensive clinical research and the relevant expert academic societies.

You can find the latest coverage of women’s health in the national press in our News section.

There are also regular updates made to our Hormone Knowledge and Blog pages, so please use it as an information source for you, your family and friends.

Cruising Through Menopause

On a lighter note, we recently discovered the return of this fabulous musical production. It is the hysterical sequel to the smash-hit show Menopause The Musical®.

Cruising Through Menopause is a hilarious, heartfelt, reassuring and unflinching look at the joys of menopause and friendship. Hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, memory lapses, weight gain – these are a few of our favourite menopausal things!

When your life is a bumpy ride full of twists and turns, it’s hard to find true friends.  But step on board and we’ll take you on a trip of self-discovery, love and friendship all backed by a soundtrack of toe-tapping parodied hits!

You can book here to see this fabulous production!
