About West Midlands Menopause Society

The West Midlands Menopause Society (WMMS) is a group of doctors and nurses working in the field of menopause and healthy ageing.

The Society aims:

  • To establish the speciality of menopause management in the Midlands, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to the management of female health during and after the climacteric.
  • To achieve this by disseminating knowledge and experience of all the appropriate disciplines and to encourage the establishment of monitoring and maintenance of standards in this multi-skilled practice by the interchange of information, training and technical expertise.
  • To promote suitable audit and research in matters related to menopause healthcare and healthy ageing.
Event speaker

Hormone Health Founder and Director, Professor Nick Panay, spoke at the WMMS online meeting on 15th November about testosterone in the menopause.
