Practice News
We are planning to run some nutritional workshops at our Harley Street practice. The topics will include:
- Beat bloating and IBS,
- A permanent solution to managing your weight
- Diet and lifestyle for a healthy menopause.
Run by our specialist dietician Nigel Denby, he will give practical tips and insights into each of these topics. Watch this space for timings, as places will be limited.
Events
Last month we told you about an exciting event run by Wellbeing for Women at Harvey Nichols. The evening was hosted by Anthea Turner link – see www.wellbeingofwomen.org.uk/menopause-a-hot-topic-hosted-by-harvey-nichols/. Nick Panay was a co-speaker with Dr Louise Newson and his enthusiasm for the event echoed those who attended:
“It was great to have the opportunity to spread the word about women’s hormone health in the menopause to a very engaged and enthusiastic audience”
Let’s hope that there will be more events of this kind.
