Edition 14: New Year Resolutions

We hope you had a great festive season with your family and friends.

The New Year always gives us the opportunity to review our lives, both at work and at home. Diets are usually top of the list, but our specialist dietician Nigel Denby warns against just reacting to the latest fashion. “Everyone should consider their own personal circumstances, look at options that will suit their lifestyle and not look for a quick ‘fix’, but a sustainable one”.

If you would like a personal consultation with Nigel call us on 0207 034 1303.
